bad experience checking in, was told they didn't have record my reservation. I had to take a more expensive room then call to have the matter rectivied. thanks to Kim at Booked.net. On day three of my stay they hadnt cleaned the rooms by 5:30pm when we arrived back at the hotel.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, beds are very comfy, bathroom is spacious. Nicely furnished and neat rooms, plus the staff is fantastically friendly! Tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

Excellent stay, we were there for 2 days. The room of place was good sized and newly remodelled with kitchenette.

pool was a little chilly shower looked like it had someone else's hair on the wall.

As usual the staff are always so kind and friendly. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of everyone's stay.

The hotel was clean and modern, and I loved how helpful the staff were from check-in to breakfast. The pool’s hot tub was cold for my entire stay for a planned getaway. I'd consider returning again.

Location was good. Breakfast was plentiful if you go early. Bed comfortable.

A little noisy at night. Wash cloth left in shower was not taken to be washed. Sheets not changed.

I had the best experience here! The room was a good blend of comfort and modern decor, with strong water pressure and bright bathrooms that refreshed me after a long day. Plus, the hot breakfast spread with pancakes and crispy bacon made my mornings just perfect!

During my three-night stay, I appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of my king room, which also featured great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast selection was impressive, with fresh options each morning, including rotating hot dishes. I did notice that the elevator made some odd noises, which was a bit unsettling.

The hot tub left something to be desired, with gritty cement coming off the edges making it hard to relax. The water temperature fluctuated too, getting way too hot at times. In the bathroom, a door with a noticeable gap lacks sufficient privacy, especially for families. That faucet design? Sticks out awkwardly, so watch where you spit your toothpaste, or you'll end up with a mess. Lastly, noticed dust on the bathroom trim, which could certainly use a deeper clean.
